During this project we did various things, learned about a cooking and the science behind it. We learned about the things that are used to cook, such as fire and water. We learned about the properties of fire and the way water is made of and how can we cook with it. We then learned the properties of some food and the chemicals in them that gives them what makes them unique and gives them the flavor that we enjoy in our daily lives.
During this project we learned different recipes from various parts of the world, we combined two cultures of food to create one new recipe made by our own hands. We also learned how different types of food are made and the science concept behind them.
I learned a lot of stuff about cooking, to the point that I can even sometimes create my own recipes or give my own touch to others.
During exhibition it was kind like chaos, but as much as the last few times we cooked because we now knew exactly what to do, the only thing that threw us off was the mango, the were green and not the orange with sweet flavor we expected, making us have some trouble with the sauce, but in the end we manage and created a sauce that everyone loved.
Our ingredients were:
-Mango
-Mahi-mahi(fish)
-Potato chips
-Pepper Jack Cheese
-Cilantro
With this ingredients we created a fired Mahi-mahi taco with delicious mango sauce.

I really proud of my India/Mexican salad which was a combination of two dishes from two completely different places but I was able to combine to create a very colorful and flavor full salad.
I think the only thing I would do different is that I would give every single team the same ingredients to see what each team does with the ingredients and make it even more competitive and an easier to score because we have the same ingredients so every single group would have to think of different ways to cook this ingredients.
